Private Accommodations

Your private accommodations on April 6th & 7th will be booked for you at the Hyatt Regency Downtown Phoenix. If you would like to extend your stay please contact Hyatt reservations at 602-252-1234 for the group rate and availability.

Check-in time is 3:00pm and check-out is 12:00pm. Overnight self-parking with in/out privileges is available at the discounted rate of $14.25 per day. Attendees requiring onsite parking will be responsible for parking fees. For more information on the hotel’s services and amenities please visit their website, hyattregencyphoenix.com.

A shuttle from the Hyatt to the Airport is available at $18 per person; please see the concierge desk for more information. The Hyatt also has an onsite Enterprise Car Rental Desk if you choose to rent a car during your stay. The Hyatt is located within walking distance of a variety of shopping, restaurants, entertainment and The METRO Light Rail.

At Hyatt Regency Phoenix, hospitality carries a AAA Four-Diamond award. Delight in menus that are as delicious as they are appealing.

Rates

Early Bird Registration Fee*: $895 (discounted rate of $650 for Arizona educators only)

*Early bird registration is available until January 14th, 2011. After this date registration fees are $995 ($750 for Arizona educators).

Registration Deadline: March 16, 2011

Cancellation Policy

You have until 7 days after you register to receive a full refund. After this time refunds are not issued unless there is a wait list for the event.
